You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR of Information Warfare Training Command (INFOWARTRACMD VIRGINIA BEACH VA).
Duties
You will monitor student progress and maintains necessary training records.
You will provide Quality assurance on contractor developed course materials.
You will plan and develop curricula and training material for classes/training sessions in the instruction on Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Collection Management practices and methodologies.
You will instruct advanced intelligence courses in areas of Joint and Naval Operations, Joint and Naval Doctrine, National, Theater, Operational and Tactical Intelligence Support to Joint and Navy Planning Processes.
You will make decisions/recommendations on basic content, organization, and interpretation of materials presented and, on the balance, or intermix of such elements as lecture, discussion, illustration, demonstration, or Interactive Multimedia.
You will provide Intelligence Support to Naval Operations to include Navy Task Forces (CTFs), Joint Force Maritime Component Commanders (JFMCCs), Joint Task Forces (JTFs), and Marine Air Ground Task Forces (MAGTF).

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Instructing students on intelligence courses (e.g. OPORDS/OPTASKS Familiarization, Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Communication Intelligence (COMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)); 2) Evaluating student progress in meeting intelligence collection training objectives; 3) Developing intelligence collection courses to meet the goals of the organization; and 4) Developing corrective action when deficiencies are detected to meet intelligence collection training objectives.
