This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Duties

Prepare a variety of production control reports reflecting cost expenditures. Request assets for production orders to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with responsible staff and operating officials to resolve problems. Report on the financial status of projects at the program level. Verify capacity availability according to established guidelines.

• This position has a data analytics requirement. The incumbent must meet all requirements for data analytics level 1 certification within 12 months of being placed on the position.

Specialized Experience: One of specialized experience which includes: assisting and researching the root cause of material shortages and outages; loading and updating of files automated system for the purpose of moving assets, production reporting, and parts management. This definition of general experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04). OR Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
