You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER for the FACILITES DIVISION in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of the OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES (OCHR) OPERATIONS.

Duties
You will oversee the program management, policies and day-to-day operations of the Facilities Division (five site locations: Miramar, California; Stennis, Mississippi; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Portsmouth, Virginia; and Silverdale, Washington).
You will oversee the coordination with vendors, contractors, or commands for Minor Property Management, Parking Control, Physical Security, Vehicles, Key Control, Safety, Supply, Mail Room Operations, Phones/Printers; Audio Visual, and Furniture.
You will oversee the coordination with vendors, contractors, or commands for Emergency Management safety plans.
You will evaluate Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) Operations building needs and ensure cleaning and maintenance is performed to the organizations standards.
You will occasionally lead and/or support integrated product teams from across the Operations enterprise to support special projects.
You will advise supervisors and responds to requests for services, ensuring the orderly and efficient accomplishment of the work across the OCHR Operations enterprise sites.
You will distribute work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work
You will ensure uniform application of all OCHR policies and procedures and removes barriers and resolves problems encountered in day-today operations.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing guidance and techniques for a Facilities Management Program to senior leaders (e.g., coordination with vendors/contractors/commands for Minor Property Management, Parking Control, Physical Security, Vehicles, Key Control, Safety, Supply, Mail Room Operations, Phones/Printers; Site Audio Visual/CCTV, Furniture, and Emergency Management).
