You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of AEGIS TECHREP.
Duties
You will be responsible for procedural and technical aspects of financial management and funds control for all reimbursable programs and select direct cite efforts executed on behalf of International and Foreign Military Sales (IWS 4.0).
You will prepare budget formation, presentation, justification, execution, cost control and performance reporting.
You will be responsible for ensuring that obligations and expenditures are compliant with existing budgetary law and policy.
You will monitor financial operations to ensure that purpose for which funds were provided are spent as intended.
You will create, review, and maintain a comprehensive financial reporting system that reflects current financial status.
You will serve as a financial point of contact for multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Managers (BFM) supporting respective efforts, requirements and operational protocols.
You will prepare all out-going funding documents required by FMS (and other relevant sponsors), and provides briefings of same to AEGIS TECHREP leadership and FMS counterparts on a recurring basis.
You will coordinate with AEGIS TECHREP Program Managers to develop Fiscal Year requirements, to include
review and reconciliation of labor rates and statements of work.
You will annotate, monitor, and maintain financial transactions in Navy's Enterprise Resource Program (ERP).
Requirements

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This is a Financial Management Level II certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Non-Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. SCW level required: Foundational.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing financial program data to develop administrative or program budgets for an organization.
