Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Duties
Develops a comprehensive Fitness Program per Marine Corps Order P1700.29 that includes planning, coordinating, scheduling, directing and publicizing of fitness facilities and activities. Directly manages fitness center programming, to include Personal Training, Group Exercise and Massage. Develops and establish plans, priorities and projected milestones for an annual fitness campaign. Advises the Semper Fit Director on matters pertaining to fitness. Coordinates special events and joint community programs that ensure effective use of fitness facilities and other resources to the ultimate goals outlined by the fitness program.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in fitness or a related field desired. Minimum two years¿ experience in recreation/fitness. Minimum three years supervisory experience. Supervisory experience may be substituted for the education. Must have valid CPR and First Aid certificates or the ability to obtain them in 6 months. Must possess excellent communications skills both orally and in writing, and computer skills including the ability to create PowerPoint presentations. Must have knowledge of individual and group motivational techniques to promote and encourage participation in fitness. Incumbent must possess ability to deal effectively with subordinates, management officials, and patrons. Must be energetic, committed, and farsighted.
