This position is located in the Division of Administration, in Arlington, VA of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The incumbent of this position will provide leadership for technology initiatives and projects and partner with COO business areas and other cross-organizational stakeholders to create/acquire and implement technology solutions. Qualifications

Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-13: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG-12 grade level or above in the Federal service.  Specialized experience is defined as experience identifying, recommending, and implementing business process improvement opportunities for improved business outcomes; applying *project management and organizational change management methodologies to projects; planning and implementing technology solutions; conducting cost benefit analysis; and collaborating with and building relationships with stakeholders and customers throughout an organization. CG-14: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG-13 grade level or above in the Federal service.  Specialized experience is defined as experience identifying, recommending and implementing business process improvement opportunities for improved business outcomes for organizations with multiple specializations; leading *project management and organizational change management methodologies to projects and product lifecycle; leading the planning, purchasing and implementation of innovative technology solutions including acquisition strategy, conducting cost/benefit analysis and preparing business cases; and collaborating with and building relationships with stakeholders and customers throughout an organization.   *Examples of project methodologies are Agile and Waterfall.
