SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Comprehensive knowledge and skill in directing the analysis and evaluation of major federal program activities in the fields of: logistics support and financial management, to determine the effectiveness of operating programs through in depth review of program objectives and monitoring of progress.

Time-In-Grade/Band: Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements to be eligible for consideration. Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade/band any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. For an NQ-04 position you must have served 52 weeks as a GS-14 or equivalent. The grade /pay band may have been in any occupation, and must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade/pay band eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide additional SF-50s that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade/pay band. We will not make assumptions that this requirement has been met.
