Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Comprehensive knowledge and skill in directing the analysis and evaluation of major federal program activities in the fields of: logistics support and financial management, to determine the effectiveness of operating programs through in depth review of program objectives and monitoring of progress. For an NQ-04 position you must have served 52 weeks as a GS-14 or equivalent. The grade /pay band may have been in any occupation, and must have been held in the Federal service. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement.
