You will serve as a Human Intelligence Officer at the GG-13 grade level for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER), located in the Fort Meade, MD.
Duties
You will be responsible for support services, training/education, and daily analysis tasks for the U.S. Marine Corps Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER) Intelligence Operations Department collection capabilities.
You will remain cognizant of the missions and priorities for the G/J-2 Staff Section, specifically Human Intelligence (HUMINT) analysis in support of cyberspace Plans and Operations.
You will develop policy and guidelines for intelligence reporting, and implement and execute procedures in support of intelligence reporting and any other duties as assigned.
You will independently work in developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising, coordinating, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of command's Human Intelligence (HUMINT) analysis in support of planning and executing cyberspace operations.
You will improve work methods/procedures, organizational structure, civilian/military manpower utilization, distribution of work functions/assignments, and/or similar functions of management.
You will mentor and train intelligence personnel regarding the performance of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) analysis and all other aspects of intelligence Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED).
You will Identify opportunities to further enhance professional and technical development of the intelligence support to cyberspace operations.
You will stay informed of military, political-military, scientific, and technical developments within the area of responsibility (AOR).
You will execute intelligence collection using appropriate collection strategies and within the priorities established through the collection management process.
You will develop networks and builds alliances; collaborates across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals.
You will develop and demonstrate operational knowledge of capabilities and accesses of the collection disciplines, strengths/weaknesses of specific technical sensors/platforms, and human sources in area of responsibility (AOR).
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS Trail Period.
- This position may require a polygraph examination.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
Applying principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and managing projects/resources, including technical performance.
Developing policy and guidelines for intelligence reporting and implement/execute command procedures.
Developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising, coordinating, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) analysis in support of planning and executing cyberspace operations.
Mentoring and training intelligence personnel regarding the performance of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) analysis and all other aspects of intelligence Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED).
