You will serve as a INSTALLATIONS PLANS, PROGRAMS, and READINESS INTEGRATOR of NVSUPPACTMID SOUTH.

Duties

You will oversee the revision of long range plans, goals, and objectives for the work of an organization. You will recommend changes to manpower and personnel policies, resource allocations, and business practices to optimize the efficiency of an organization. You will develop implementation plans that consider personnel, budget, manpower, and other management requirements. You will advise senior leaders on an organization's planning process. You will evaluate the impact of new resource levels (e.g., budget cuts or increases, updated estimates of resource requirements) to develop responsive changes in plans and strategies. You will analyze reports to make recommendations for improvements to program policies. You will monitor agreement performance to ensure compliance with organization's policies and procedures.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing comprehensive plans, strategies and policy that drive internal and external integration of programs and activities in support of higher echelon goals and objectives; 2) Integrating short and long range planning and execution of installation programs, financial, manpower and personnel readiness, operations and program performance; 3) Analyzing program performance data to make recommendations for improvement and drive innovative solutions; and 4) Apply fact-finding and work measurement techniques, data collection, and analysis, including statistical analysis measurements to conduct studies.
