About the Position: This position is with the 63rd Readiness Division, Director, Plans, Analysis and Integration located at Moffett Field, California.
Duties
Develop stationing policies and objectives
Review stationing policies, plans and programs for impact assessments
Provide oral briefings on status of projects and stationing actions.
Coordinate stationing and relocation actions within the Readiness Division
Analyze proposals for unit relocation
Advise employee on work and administrative matters
Evaluate the performance of subordinate personnel

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing force structure actions for corrections; experience analyzing and/or evaluating force structure and stationing management requirements; developing recommendations for organizational improvements and effectiveness; advising employees on work and administrative matters. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
