You will serve as an ADMINISTRACTIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the NAVY RECRUITING COMMAND of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT DENVER.
Duties
You will receive telephone calls to deliver clear messages or answer specific department questions.
You will create, compose, edit, calculate, revise, retrieve, store, print, and copy a wide range of documents in draft and final form.
You will prepare correspondence ensuring the use of proper format, grammar, spelling, and punctuation in accordance with writing manuals or local instructions.
You will design or organize filing systems to maintain documents.
You will utilize multiple functions and software such as word processing, calendar, electronic mail, spreadsheets, database, and graphics in the production of these products.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing and prioritizing office communications and workflow; 2) Establishing and maintaining files or records in accordance with established instructions; 3) Using computer software (e.g., MS Word, excel) to produce letters, forms, reports, graphs, and spreadsheets; and 4) Maintaining an office calendar by scheduling, rescheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school

A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience
