Duties

The Supervisory Human Capital Program Specialist for the Office of Administrative Operations of the Congressional Research Service (CRS) leads the Staffing and Recruitment Unit and manages the administration and operational processes of the section.

Requirements

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to apply knowledge of human capital management principles, practices, and regulations.** Ability to supervisor and manage staff.** Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop solutions.** Ability to interact collaboratively with others. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
