You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (IRM) in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy, Installations and Environment Organization, of ASN EI-E WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will serve as the Integrated Risk Management Program (IRM) Coordinator and provide guidance to functional areas and maintain an effective governance process.
You will schedule regular meetings with internal points of contact to evaluate assessment of internal controls on an ongoing basis.
You will assist in developing and implementing ways to enhance internal controls, improve internal controls documentation, and implement new controls.
You will serve as the point of contact (POC) to respond to the annual Risk and Opportunity Assessment (ROA) promulgated by the Naval Inspector General (NAVIG) and the Auditor General of the Navy.
You will serve as the POC for the office of the Chief Management Officer (OCMO) to update process on the Business Operations Plan.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires the incumbent to maintain unescorted access to the Pentagon.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience assessing and auditing Integrated Risk Management program requirements;
Experience identifying and monitoring material weakness or reportable condition; and
Experience developing policy or guidance to achieve Integrated Risk Management compliance.
