You will serve as a Program Support Specialist in the HROM of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will coordinate and negotiate budget support from customer commands for HR support for agencies for employee development.
You will ensure timely reminders of upcoming courses, registrations as needed, setup on the various facilities and entry into secured areas such as the Navy Annex, and determines need for standby lists.
You will coordinate training room uses such set up, troubleshoot, makes minor repairs or arrange replacement, and operate equipment contained in said room.
You will ensure that the Director and Deputy Director's office remains properly manned and
ensures smooth operation on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating, negotiating or supporting budget support from customers for human resources support services for employee and workforce development requirements; and formulating, preparing, or justifying expenditures and reconciling funds to include all anticipated requirements.
