You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT (OA) in the NAVY MUNITIONS COMMAND PACIFIC EAST ASIA DIVISION of NMCPAC EAD UNIT GUAM.
Duties
You will manage the Commander's daily and long-range calendar of appointments apportioning time based on knowledge of the Commander's commitments, priorities, and interests.
You will screen, arrange, and schedule requests for office calls, phone calls, and video teleconferences.
You will prepare travel itineraries, make reservations, coordinate meetings, create and edit travel requests utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS).
You will prepare reports, presentations, awards, and other correspondence in accordance with command procedures to include collating, scanning, photocopying and shredding.
You will verify supervisors have certified time and attendance in the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) in accordance with the payroll schedule.
You will manage the annual travel budget for NMCPAC EAD, Unit Guam and reconciles travel and prepare reports for senior leadership.
You will create and edit travel documents for the Senior Headquarters staff members.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service
or equivalent experience in the private sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing routine administrative
support (i.e. scheduling meetings, preparing written correspondence, screening calls, and creating reports), preparing travel itineraries
utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS), and reviewing timekeeping applications for accuracy.
