This position is located in Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), Directorate Management Division (DMD) and serves as a principal advisor to DMD Management. The mission of DMD is to provide the highest level of management support to FSD on administration, management, oversight of information, management improvement, quality of life and various other programs and initiatives to the success of the mission of FSD, WHS and DoD.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following:
Data entry and management to maintain current and accurate employee records
Interact with multiple data systems and platforms.
Provide oral and written input to include status reports, presentations, information papers.
Participate in the development, revision and administration of management action programs.
Serve as a Management Analyst and conduct extensive management studies and surveys.
Requirements

You may qualify at the GS 12 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability in analyzing and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations; experience in applying knowledge of program cost analysis, and funding.
You may qualify at the GS 11 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability in utilizing computer systems to collect, review and analyze statistical data to prepare reports and recommendations based upon analysis of workload and expense data.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
