Duties
Serves as a team leader and technical expert for IT asset management by tasking team members and reviewing work by team members, performing administrative, analytical, planning and evaluative research of customer requests for assistance.
Provides technical guidance to staff of changes necessary in IT to eliminate one time and recurring problems, collecting and maintaining IT problems data bases for trend analysis and subsequent remedial vendor action.
Evaluates the IT Solutions Document (ITSD) to determine if the IT is authorized for use within DLA.
Acts as DLA Enterprise liaison with HQ DLA for Enterprise IT contracts, supporting all DLA employees/users.
Conducts extensive studies of Information Technology Service Request (ITSR) requests to provide accurate technical appraisal in support of a recommendation for approval, modification or disapproval.
Conducts studies concerned with IT requirements.
Utilizes fact-finding skills and investigative techniques in researching, compiling, analyzing and summarizing a wide variety of resource data.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
