About the Position: This position is located in the Department of Education, Training, and Research Residency Programs Family Practice Residence Training, Travis AFB with the Defense Health Agency, Indo-Pacific Market.
Proficiency Required: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.
Duties
Provide oversight of documents and correspondence needed to maintain favorable accreditation status of the residency program.
Ensure residents complete required training and obtain necessary licensure and credentials in preparation for external training rotations.
Operate within Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education informatics systems to ensure program information and applications are kept current.
Prepare Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education agreements and program letters with external sites for program director and hospital education department approval.
Act as liaison between residents, clinical departments and services, attending physicians, other evaluators, institutional and regulatory administrative offices, and outside institution and agencies.

- This position is subject to screening and update of required immunizations.
- This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is therefore subject to annual season influenza vaccinations in accordance with Defense Health Agency Procedural Instruction 6025.34.
- One year trial/probationary period may be required.
