This position is in Office of Mission Support; Office of Engagement and Program Management; Customer Experience and Communications Division; Customer Experience, Adoption, and Training Branch. About the Office of Mission Support | US EPA. This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.*EPA offers work-from-home and work schedule flexibilities as described in the Benefits section.

Qualifications

NOTE:  You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as developing/implementing customer relationship management projects and/or studies to evaluate program performance and efficiency; presenting findings and providing advice and/or recommendations to senior executives; and/or developing and interpreting guidance related to customer relationship management. Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:  Knowledge of emerging trends and methods in customer research methods Knowledge of customer support Ability to use management and organizational principles and practices Knowledge of customer relationship management strategies Ability to provide advice, analyses and recommendations Skill in prioritizing projects Skill in communicating progress Ability to organize and/or facilitate projects, activities and programs Ability to apply management methods and practices to manage issues/concerns Ability to communicate with stakeholders Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
