Duties
You will serve as a TELECOMMUNICATIONS MANGER in the NAVY MARINE CORPS, SPECTRUM CENTER, NMCSO MANAGEMENT DEPT, NATIONAL SPECTRUM DEPT of NORFOLK, VA.
You will prepare engineering data for frequency, telecommunications, and other Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (CSISR)
You will plan regular work assignments and prepare plans to meet substantial changes in workloads.
You will analyze technical data of communication systems and initiate and direct actions to eliminate conflicts in frequency assignments
You will review and improve the quality of spectrum management products to enhance fleet forces readiness and accuracy of data.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public:
Completion of Interservice Radio Frequency Management School (IRFMS) or the Army equivalent Electromagnetic Spectrum Managers Course;
Experience in complex Radio Frequency Management at an Agency, National and Internation level;
Experience creating international treaties, National agreements and arrangements pertaining to frequency protection and spectrum efficiency; and
Experience applying excellent oral and written capabilities.
