Duties
You will serve as a Project Manager (PM) within the Fleet C4I Department.
You will manage team resources supporting successful project cost, schedule, performance, and risk management execution.
You will lead IT program/project acquisition management support through procurement planning, initiation, tracking, and reporting.
You will resolve PM conflicts and technical issues in support of Fleet C4I information systems development, delivery, and life cycle management services.
You will guide, coach, and encourage team progress on assigned project/program tasks and coordinate requirements/execution with IPT Leads.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-4 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading and managing IT projects to provide a unique service or product and will be responsible for ensuring the work efforts achieve the outcome of the sponsor's mission. The IPT Lead/PL will manage, lead, administer, develop, deliver, and support information systems.
1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Manage and delegate resources to execute multiple large complex projects.
2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services, IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Assess needs and requirements necessary to provide solutions in customer support requirements.
3. Oral Communication: Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency must include: Provide technical guidance in designing and maintaining programs; and translating and interpreting functional requirements.
4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency must include Evaluate and recommend adoption of new or enhanced approaches to delivering IT services.
