Duties
You will serve as the Tactical Shore Systems Integrated Product Team Lead within the Shore C4I Integration Division of the Fleet C4I Department.
You will manage complex tactical shore information systems integration projects/programs to include systems life cycle and ISEA support activities.
You will execute strategic resource planning requirements supporting IPT mission success.
You will lead, guide, coach, and encourage team progress on assigned tasks and coordinate execution requirements with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Echelon II or higher.
You will monitor and control cost, schedule, performance, and risks in support of IPT products and services.
You will promote innovation to achieve digitalization of tools and processes as well as lead MBSE, DevSecOps, and Agile implementation across the IPT.
You will ensure IPT reporting meets sponsor/customer requirements, is timely, complete, and professionally presented.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate IT- Related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating each of the following four competencies: (from OPM Quals Standards)
1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Utilize analytical skills, evaluation techniques, and re-engineering methods to assess the technical, financial, and programmatic implications of prospective IT endeavors.
2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Manage stakeholder requirements from internal/external agencies helping execute and accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the workforce communicating organizational goals and objectives while aligning with the command's initiatives.
4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: analysis, reporting, coordinating, and facilitating working groups to meet and resolve project objectives.
In addition to your experience demonstrating the four competencies above, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band (NO-05) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading and managing complex Fleet tactical shore information systems integration projects, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and performance targets. Overseeing systems life cycle support, strategic resource planning, and implementing MBSE, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
