Duties
As a Management Analyst you will:
Analyze and evaluate the management practices and methods, and administrative operations of an organizational unit or segment of an organizational unit.
Interpret findings resulting from studies and drafts possible courses of action for resolving them.
Compile data and prepares administrative status reports for review at all levels.
Work with contracting officers technical representatives and subject matter experts in the development of grant and contract related documents.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level, which must include the following experience: coordinating with contracting officer's representatives in the development of grant and contract related documents; analyzing and evaluating administrative operations to determine their efficiency and effectiveness; and compiling data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
OR
Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related, from an accredited college or university.
OR
Have a combination of graduate level education and specialized experience as described above that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
