Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Initial appointment is conditioned upon a satisfactory pre-employment adjudication. This includes fingerprint, credit and tax checks, and drug testing. Continued employment is subject to a favorable adjudication of a background investigation

Qualifications
GS-12: : To be eligible at this level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level.
One year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 level in Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Experience applying knowledge of the application of various laws, court and/or administrative decisions, and interpretations related to Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) investigations and prosecutions; performing substantive research; evaluating and analyzing a variety of specialized legal topics and points of law; drafting initial legal and administrative briefs, USAO motions, oppositions to defense motions, and correspondence for AUSA review; coordinating production of administrative records and responses to requests for discovery; preparing and organizing voluminous documentation and evidence for production as discovery and for use in trial; and participating in pre-trial witness conferences, noting any deficiencies in case materials.
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-12 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-11. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials.
