This position is located in the Division of Complex Institution Supervision & Resolution (CISR) and is responsible for the backup supervision of all insured depository institutions (IDIs) to include nonbank financial companies.
The duty location is determined upon selection.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g. Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional qualifications information can be found here.
To qualify for the CG-13, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG/GS-12 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience developing, reviewing and researching data analysis and/or written evaluation of franchise transactions or resolutions for the nation’s largest and most complex financial institutions (bank or bank holding company with total assets above $50 billion).
To qualify for the CG-14, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG/GS-13 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience analyzing, developing or implementing franchise transactions or resolutions for the nation’s largest and most complex financial institutions (bank or bank holding company with total assets above $50 billion).
