Duties

Review and/or evaluate Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for completeness and clarity for an organization. Prepare quality assurance contract clauses and data requirements for inclusion in procurement packages. Proficient with Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), ACE Windchill, Product Data Reporting Evaluation Program (PDREP), Parts Tracker, and i2Log databases. Evaluate technological trends and establishes progressive approaches for achieving advances in quality. Coordinate quality assurance evaluations, analyzes system failures and inadequacies for an organization. Apply extensive experience with new acquisition programs. Coordinate with functional personnel to develop plans and prepare local procedures for applying directives from higher headquarters. Interpret regulatory and directive material issued or to be issued by higher authority and prepares necessary instructions. Evaluate engineering change proposals and waivers/deviations for their impact on product integrity. Apply experience developing and maintaining multiple Quality Assurance (QA) plan(s) associated with various programs to assure continued product quality is consistently maintained throughout the life cycle for assigned system(s). Apply experience with programs in various life-cycle phases, from new acquisition to sustainment, and the requirements that drive each stage.
