As aProject Resource Analyst, you will be you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing leadership for the Enterprise Applications budget and resource management process including development and execution of the annual IT program budgets, leading acquisition activities, supporting program operations, and overseeing Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) submissions.
Duties
As a Project Resource Analyst you will:
The following are the duties of this position at the GS-14. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
Coordinate all aspects of project budget development and execution within Enterprise Applications.
Develop various complex cost models in order to identify product costs, analyze and forecast product/project performance.
Lead Enterprise Applications efforts to develop appropriate metrics and track performance and the results.
Survey other Line of Business (LoB) and Working Capital Fund programs' methodologies for comparable metrics.
Acquire tools, software, and services to support Enterprise Applications ability to support its shared services customers.
Keep abreast of most current technologies, to determine whether Enterprise Applications should obtain.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the federal service.Specialized experience for this position includes:
Facilitating, planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects concurrently for organizations according to federal financial and project management guidelines and principles; AND
Customer service and regular customer interaction with minimal management oversight; AND
Applying formal project, pipeline, and process management techniques.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the federal service.Specialized experience for this position is defined as proven proficiency and supportable (as evidenced in the resume) hands-on experience in ALL of the following:
Planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects concurrently for large scale projects or organizations according to federal financial and project management guidelines and principles; AND
Customer service and regular customer interaction with some supervisory oversight; AND
Utilizing formal project, pipeline, and process management techniques.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
