About the Position: Serves as the Director, Strategic Integration Directorate (SID) for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment (ASA(IE&E) located at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.
Duties
Control and review incoming strategic integration staff actions and taskings.
Apply sound logic and professional expertise to develop and communicate recommendations and advice.
Plan/assign the work to be accomplished by subordinates.
Utilize Army Plan and Army Strategic Planning Guidance.
Utilize strategic planning principles/practices to maintain effective business practices.
Serve as the lead analyst with regard to the Army's Program, Planning, and Budget Process.

- SECRET CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes leading a group of employees by planning and assigning work, establishing performance standards, and evaluating performance; preparing and monitoring staff actions/products ensuring they conform to procedures and meet deadlines; analyzing and interpreting broad directives used to communicate senior leader strategies; and identifying and resolving problematic issues by collaborating with key stakeholders across Army, Department of Defense (DoD), and the private sector. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
