Duties
Through subordinate activity managers, is responsible for overall management and direction of the Directorate, Family and Morale Welfare and Recreation (D,FMWR) Business Division at a large garrison.
Responsible for overall management of fiscal resources and direction of the D,FMWR Community Recreation Division at a large garrison. Directs, develops and administers plans and procedures.
Provides leadership and supervision, and communicates mission and organization goals to subordinates.
Reviews program objectives and priorities, and develops five-year plan with Capitol Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) and Annual Operating Budgets covering projected programs of division resources.
Coordinates and markets program within the community. Develops policy and strategic plans addressing resources, facilities, and programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Work experience directing/managing one or more Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one (1) year.

Highly Preferred Criteria:
1. Three (3) years of supervisory experience managing Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) civilian personnel.
AND
2. Three (3) years or more experience with Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) budget planning and execution to include Capital Purchase and Minor Construction.
AND
3. Three (3) or more years of experience utilizing a Point-of-Sale system to manage inventories and accounting reports.
