This position is located in the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB), Division of Human Resources. The incumbent serves as the Senior Human Resources (HR) Specialist and subject-matter expert in DNFSB HR program evaluation and policy development, HR operations, HRIS reporting, and full assistant to the Director of the Division.

Leads Human Capital Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation programs/services for the HR Division
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
- Will be required to complete background investigation and drug screening.
- A one year trial/probationary period may be required.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
Specialized Experience for GS-14:
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience at the next lower grade (equivalent to the GS-13 grade level) in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position includes all of the following:
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience developing and implementing human capital plans for an organization;
Demonstrated experience leading human resources evaluations;
Experience writing federal HR policies and procedures;
Knowledge of federal HR functional operations, programs and services.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-1 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
