This position is located at Departmental Offices, Terrorist and Financial Intelligence - Intelligence Analysis. The Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA) is the Department of the Treasury's Intelligence Community (IC) element and is responsible for the receipt, analysis, collation, and dissemination of foreign intelligence and foreign counterintelligence information related to the operation and responsibilities of the Department of the Treasury.
Duties
Pursuant to 50 USC 3024 (v), and with concurrence and consultation with the Director of National Intelligence and the Director of the Office of Personnel Management, this position is being established in the excepted service as an element of the Intelligence Community within the Department of the Treasury.
As a Project Manager, you will:
Advocate on behalf of OIA interests at interagency, Intelligence Community (IC), and Treasury CIO working groups and will manage several projects within OIA.
Staff OIA leadership on, and recommend solutions to comply with, significant initiatives, directives, guidelines and policy developments within the Intelligence Community (IC), the ODNI, and the Department of the Treasury.
Express information to individuals or groups effectively, deliver clear and convincing presentations to senior leadership on technical, IT-related issues.
Lead planning activities and manage several IT-related projects within OIA.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For theGS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
Experience working with classified information systems (i.e. JWICS), applications, network, server and desktop virtualization, Citrix infrastructure, and security practices such as STIG compliance and reporting, system security plans, and system requirements traceability matrices (SRTMs); AND
Experience working with Microsoft Windows server and Exchange, routers, switches, and firewalls; or back-up solutions Powershell, Voice over Internet Protocol, Intrusion Detection/Protection (IDS/IPS) services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the system administrator and project engineering environment; AND
Experience working with network and systems design, routers, and switches.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
