You will serve as a MARKETING/ANALYSIS PROGRAM MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS RECRUITING COMMAND of 4TH MARINE CORPS.

Duties
You will compile quantitative and qualitative data such as market share, demographics, and Recruiter Supplied Names (RSN).
You will perform market research analysis and recruitment structure analysis.
You will provide training to the recruiting station executive officers in order to establish and maintain a standardized structure program.
You will develop market research questionnaires and conduct on-site analysis of selected markets.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: researching and analyzing data to develop marketing and budget reports AND providing training to recruitment departments.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
