Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as developing recommendations, policies, and/or procedures related to extramural activities for environment programs or projects; advising on extramural activities (acquisitions, contracts, grants, interagency agreements, assistance agreements) and resolving related issues; and establishing or monitoring performance measures to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and progress of a team, program or organization.

Skill in developing and delivering briefings to senior management.
Skill in evaluating grant and contract related data to provide recommendations.
Skill in interpreting and implementing contracts and/or grants regulatory and Agency guidelines.
Skill in oral communication

Ability to perform supervisory duties.
Skill in collaborating across workgroups to build relationships and achieve goals.
