Duties
This position is within the Office of Facilities and Property Management. This position reports to Facilities Library Archives/As-Builts.
- Using ARCGIS Pro creates and modifies GIS Files per adopted standards for NIST real property internal to facilities and externally
- Update and revise campus AutoCAD drawings such as exterior utility and building drawings.
- Creates and administers central system for external Drawings library and CAD files and similar facility documents.
- Handle plotter paper rolls to include loading into plotters, horizontal files, and boxed archives by physically loading and arranging for pick up. Remove paper jams from plotters and load toner. Serves as Contracting Officer's representative.

Qualifications
In order to qualify,
Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-8 (ZT-II at NIST) level. Specialized experience is defined as experience utilizing AutoCad version 2020 or higher to create architectural/engineering drawings, and with geographic information system, GIS software ARGIS.
OR
Master's degree in a field of study that is directly related to the work of the position.
OR
Two full years of graduate education (36 semester hours) in a field of study that is directly related to the work of the position.
OR
An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate education beyond the first 1 1/2 years (27 semester hours) of progressive graduate study. Graduate education must be in a field of study that is directly related to the work of the position.
