Duties
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATOR in the NAVAL RESERVE INTELLIGENCE COMMAND, FORT WORTH, TX.
You will supervise/oversee all programmatic aspects of the planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training, education, and outreach for integrated prevention programs.
You will lead prevention programs and related program management activities.
You will oversee and manage organizational health and prevention programs to promote healthy climates
and address problematic/destructive behaviors
You will set performance standards and evaluates performance for any subordinate CNIFR IPPW personnel
Requirements

Qualifications
Basic Requirements
Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
OR
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
OR
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
EXPERIENCE:
In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Experience leading teams and serving as an advisor and technical prevention expert to military leaders and prevention personnel, helping to establish prevention activities and programs within Commander, Naval Information Force Reserve and supporting commands.
Experience developing new programs and leveraging existing capabilities to establish a prevention system that facilities data-informed actions to integrate primary prevention activities, coordinate with stakeholders, measure impact, and adjust programs based on resulting data.
Experience applying prevention knowledge and experience to develop, evaluate, and assess prevention approaches that can help the military reduce suicide, sexual violence and other harmful behaviors.
