You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (SUSTAINABILITY) of ASN EI-E WASHINGTON DC.

Duties

You will analyze data and reporting on sustainability metrics, such as energy consumption, water usage, waste reduction, and carbon footprint. You will conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving sustainability practices. You will develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about sustainability practices. You will prepare regular reports for senior management and external stakeholders, using data insights to guide decision-making and enhance sustainability programs.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience successfully implementing sustainability and/or environmental programs from initiation to final execution demonstrating problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills. Experience in DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) System and its relationship to systems and facilities acquisition and program management requirements.
