About the Position: This position is with the 80th Training Command (TASS), Office of Force Development located at Richmond, Virginia.

Duties

Analyze force structure initiatives affecting Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA). Develop alternative methods for achieving force structure end state. Advise subordinate units concerning manpower, force structure and equipment matters. Coordinate with staff on Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) changes with respect to the impact on resources. Develop guidance in relation to manpower and force structure. Establish measurement components of workload data for functional analysis studies and administration of command structure and manpower requirements. Analyze organizational structures, missions, functions and workloads for productivity, efficiencies and improvements. Develop theories or concepts associated with the allocation of manpower resources for a military organization in accordance with established policies and procedures. Evaluate stationing planning factors to recommend long range stationing plans for maximum organizational readiness.
