The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a primary point of contact to the ADCON Commander as the Group Self-Assessment Manager, FAMS POC, and performs administrative support tasks as required by the QA and Commander.
Duties
Group Self-Assessment Manager for Wing Staff
Forms and Account Management Service (FAMS) POC.
Team Lead for Quarterly Cash Accountability Verification.
Audits/Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR).
Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.

Qualifications

Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower grade NK-01, equivalent to next to grade GS-04 in the Federal service or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes knowledge of the various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as memos, reports, spreadsheet, databases and graphs; Skill in fact-finding, problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems. NOTE: Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.
