About the Position: This position is with the 99th Readiness Division, Director, Emergency Services, located at Fort Dix, NJ.

Duties

Serve as Senior Program Manager for security programs defined by the AR 380 and AR 190 series regulations. Provide definitive technical advice and assistance to Commanders, Leadership, and workforce on establishing comprehensive security programs that don't hamper, but enhance operations. Evaluate Readiness Division security program resources (such as budget, equipment, people, etc) and initiate actions to address requirements. Establish oversight policy, practices, and metrics that reflect the overall security posture of the Readiness Division and supported organizations. Exercise supervisory responsibility over personnel assigned to the Directorate of Emergency Services. Participate in strategic planning sessions in support of the Command's strategic mission, vision, and goals. Identify security program issues and implement corrective action. Execute the Physical Security Inspection and Anti-Terrorism programs for the Command. Manage the Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) program. Develop and validate requirements for physical security improvements at facilities throughout the Command's area of responsibility. Manage the execution of the Physical Security and Anti-Terrorism budget for the Command.

  • This position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) within 2 years of employment.
  • This position is subject to Drug Abuse Testing Program requirements.
  • This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
  • This position requires 25% TDY.
