Duties
Provides expertise in the development and review of code and processes in accordance with enterprise architecture.
Works with and collaborates with team members to accomplish agency goals.
Supports end users by understanding and prioritizing their needs, resulting in defects solving and providing usable solutions.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: professional knowledge and application of programming, software development, integration, testing and managing the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide dissemination platform; experience working with large volume of non-transactional data; knowledge of data structures and configuration management process, system tools, etc. to meet compliance requirements; ensuring that systems are developed and maintained utilizing best practices aligned with established industry, organizational and security standards; leading, supervising, or managing staff in the performance of IT service delivery and support activities.

In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:

Education: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
