Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as interfacing with external audiences to attract and assist potential borrowers; leading interdisciplinary teams in evaluating, documenting, and closing corporate finance infrastructure loans; and proposing and implementing processes and credit policy to improve the effectiveness of a lending institution.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
· Skill in communicating complicated financial information to a wide variety of audiences. · Skill in negotiating complex financial structures that achieve the mutual goals of all parties to the transaction and are compliant. · Skill in conducting analysis and evaluation of complicated revenue streams and legal structures to determine the appropriate loan terms and conditions · Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team. · Knowledge of corporate finance. · Ability to develop policies and processes for evaluating corporate credit. · Ability to advise colleagues and leadership on issues related to the financing of corporate water infrastructure projects. · Ability to manage contract and/or grants.
