About the Position: Serve as the Senior Strategic Analyst within the Congressional Operations Division (COD), the Office of the Chief, Legislative Liaison (OCLL) an Army Secretariat level organization. This position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Duties

Develop performance data to assess the current state of the Congressional mission. Utilize data analysis skills to evaluate the execution of Congressional engagement plans. Examine factors through data mining and interpretation to influence congressional attitudes concerning issues and programs. Synchronize key objectives into legislative strategies for leadership to review/implement.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Travel Required: Up to 10% Business Travel may be required.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Organizational Performance AnalysisResearchTechnical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
