About the Position:
This position is with Headquarters, US Army Corps of Engineers (HQ USACE), Directorate of Human Resources, Washington, DC.
This position will be filled on a permanent basis. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized.
Duties
Serves as the support liaison for the Senior Executive Service (SES) program; responsible for command-wide civilian personnel management program/project assignments.
Continually monitors assigned Command-wide programs/areas, and develops appropriate policies, and regulations for the command.
Senior advisor in support of Human Resources management life cycles, requirements, accessions, career development, succession planning, sustainment and separation.
Represents the Command at policy meetings and conferences and serves on work groups to analyze and resolve common problems.

Develops proposals for management consideration to effect improvements and execution of personnel actions. Initiates special studies, pilot programs, and follow-up to assure that the Organization maintains progressive personnel support.
