You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Maritime Warfare Control Systems Division; Weapons Control & Integration Department of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. If selected, you will serve as Ops/Logistics/Facilities Lead.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. NT-05 is equivalent to GS-13/14.
This position is salary capped at GS-13 Step 10 (currently $153,354). See "Additional Information" section.
Duties
You will serve on the Maritime Warfare Control Systems Division Staff and lead strategic planning and execution of the division integration laboratories, facilities, and space utilization.
You will determine the impact and interface of all facilities support activities on major organizational goals.
You will develop and implement plans to assure that workforce and material resource needs, allocation, and utilization are effective to support division and department projects.
You will implement policy and direction for integration laboratories, structures, and facilities, and for all technical and administrative development related to construction, renovation, operations, and maintenance.
You will support safety across all facilities, coordinating with the safety branch to schedule Occupational, Safety, and Health (OSH) inspections.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting logistics management functions (i.e. integrating or coordinating multiple functions such as facilities, equipment, supplies, inventory, or services) in support of Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) facilities, projects, or programs.
