This position is located with FMWR Marketing on Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Up to 25% recruitment and/or retention incentive may be authorized. Eligible to 1.69% COLA. Duties

Implements promotions and marketing campaigns that support offered programs, services, facilities, and activities. Marketing events and promotions are developed and approved by higher level management. Develops plans that will meet client objectives. Evaluates strengths and weaknesses of programs. Determines optimum marketing mix to achieve objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications

Related work experience that include events and promotion implementation management experience. Technical skills to effectively perform marketing and promotions using tools of the trade and social media. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Must be able to develop and make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel.
