This BUDGET ANALYST position, is located in the Army Aviation Classification Repair Depot(AVCRAD) and is part of the CA 1106 TASMG.

Duties

THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, INDEFINITE POSITION Selectee may be non-competitively converted to permanent status if/when funding becomes available or position becomes unencumbered. The primary purpose of the BUDGET ANALYST, GS-0560-9, is to accomplish budget formulations,trend analysis, and execution of all operating funds to include maintenancefunds, Class Nine and Stock Funded Depot Level Repairable (SFDLR) fund.

General Experience: Must possess experience, education, or training involving skills in applying problem solving techniques; and skills in communicating effectively both orally and in writing; Ability to plan and organize work; Competencies in analysis, research, writing, and judgment typically gained through college education or progressively responsible experiences; Ability to follow established methods and procedures; use practical knowledge of the operations, procedures, and policies of specific program areas or functional assignment. BUDGET ANALYST, GS-0560-9: Must have at least one year equivalent to the GS-07 level; Experience, education, or training of finance budget competencies that provided knowledge of financial principles and procedures; A good understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the National Guard financial budget business program requirements; Experiences and training that demonstrate the abilities to follow directions, to read, retain, and understand a variety of instructions, regulations, policies, and procedures.
