About the Position: Serves as Administrative officer at the staff level performing a variety of administrative functions essential to the direction and operations of the Directorate.
Duties
Primary Directorate Point of Contact (POC) for any matter pertaining to all forms of records and information management programs for a 100 personnel office
Primary Directorate staff action officer responsible for development of Directorate plans, programs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a 100 personnel office
Performs a variety of resource management tasks, monitoring, analyzing, planning, and reporting on assignments for a 100 personnel office
Reports directly to the Deputy Director and is responsible for various actions to include but not limited to hiring actions, promotions, pay issues, security, retirements, PDs, AcqDemo, training, accountability, TDA/reshape, OGE 450, and timecards
Coordinates and communicates with headquarters S1 and S2, higher headquarters G1 and G8, and other outside organizations such as CHRA

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Three years of progressively responsible general work experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least NH-01/GS-04 in the Federal Service that demonstrates the ability to: 1) Responding to routine and non-technical requests to ensure assigned tasks are completed; 2) Reviewing outgoing correspondence for procedural and grammatical accuracy; and 3) Utilizing various functions of office automation systems such as word processing, data base management, electronic spreadsheets, and graphics packages to complete assignments;
OR
Successfully completed a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major study in mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management, or other fields related to the position to be filled. OR
The general experience as described in A, but less than three years; and I have some education as described in B, but less than the required four years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 36. Then, divide your semester hours of education by 120. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.). (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.);
