This position is located at Fort Campbell Intramural Sports and Maintenance. This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Duties

Works under the supervision of the activity manager who makes specific assignments, explains policies and procedures, and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects. Maintains schedules for maintenance and/or repair of physical facility. Manages data and prepares, tracks, and adjusts work orders for maintenance. Conducts surveillance of total facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor. Conducts liaison with facility supervisors, and serves as customer services point of contact. Schedules and coordinates maintenance, repair, and minor construction requirements. Arrange equipment of various types for events; set up and clean-up of events. Assist management with Intramural Sporting Event, setup, execution, and cleanup. Prepares, maintains, and monitors lists and inventories for supplies and equipment in the facilities. May assist in moving furniture and equipment and minimal housekeeping tasks. May be required to drive a vehicle. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must have and retain a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work during the hours of operations to include some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position. (Must be able to lift 50lbs)
• Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements are: Demonstrated ability to performs the duties described above. Experience in performing basic facility maintenance and minor repairs. Must have and retain a valid driver's license. Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred: Experience operating lawn equipment. **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
