Duties

Manages data and prepares, tracks, and adjusts work orders for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help. Conducts liaison with facility supervisors and serves as customer services point of contact. Schedules and coordinates short and long-range maintenance, repair, and minor construction requirements. Maintains schedules for maintenance and/or repair of physical facility. Records and maintains information on safety certifications and inspections. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to work during the hours of operation to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physicals is required for this position. (Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.)
• Must possess and retain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements Are: Demonstrated ability to perform the duties described above. Experience in performing basic facility maintenance and minor repairs. Must have and retain a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. **Must upload a valid Driver's License at the time of application.** Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred: Possess experience with maintenance and equipment work. **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
