The Talent Acquisition Manager provides leadership to a comprehensive talent acquisition program that supports the court’s mission to attract, retain, and engage talent. The incumbent will provide recommendations on attracting and recruiting a diverse and highly qualified workforce through effective recruitment strategies, taking into consideration employment and industry trends, developments and sourcing and using marketing and communication tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business or public administration, or a related field in management or social sciences; plus six (6) years of experience in human resources management, of which three (3) years are specifically in the area of recruitment or talent acquisition. Three (3) years supervisory experience is required. The successful candidate must possess:
Ability to communicate in writing to provide clear instructions, information guidance coach, and team build.
Skill in establishing and maintaining recruitment networks and alliances with professional, educational and employment communities.
Ability to apply and interpret human resource laws, principles, policies, concepts, and practices governing recruitment and placement programs, to provide advice and guidance to officials, supervisors and employees.
Ability to source, plan and organize recruitment visits to academic institutions, conferences and job fairs, and other appropriate events.
Experience providing position classification and classification advisory services preferred.
Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, International Public Management Association, or other human resource management professional organization is preferred.
Graduation from the Courts’ Management Training Program may substitute for one (1) year of supervisory experience.
